We’re a chef-led catering company based in South Wales, specialising in private dining, weddings, and bespoke events. Our food is seasonal, bold, and rooted in quality — the kind of cooking you’d expect in a top restaurant, brought directly to your table.
Whether it’s a quiet dinner at home, a 40th birthday in a hired space, or a 200-guest marquee wedding, we approach every event with care and creativity. Menus are completely tailored to you — no generic packages, no off-the-shelf options. We work with you to create a food experience that feels special, personal, and memorable.
We work with the seasons and use techniques like curing, smoking, charring and slow-roasting to bring depth to every dish. Presentation matters, but flavour always comes first.
